Partido Sosyalista (PS) is a newly established, above-ground socialist party in the Philippines, rooted in revolutionary democratic socialism.
We aim to advance a transformative agenda by building on the legacy of leftist movements while boldly experimenting with grassroots strategies to cultivate collective power from below. Our mission prioritizes the liberation of all oppressed peoples—workers, women, LGBTQ+ communities, people with disabilities, indigenous groups, and others marginalized by capitalist, patriarchal, and colonial systems.
We are unwavering internationalists, rejecting the myth of “socialism in one country” and recognizing that true emancipation demands global solidarity. We categorically oppose racism, national chauvinism, and all forms of bigotry, standing in active solidarity with struggles against oppression worldwide—from the streets of Manila to movements in the United States, China, Vietnam, and beyond.
For PS, socialism cannot be achieved through exclusion or compromise with exploitative systems. Instead, we commit to:
Intersectional class struggle that links workers’ rights to gender justice, queer liberation, disability equity, and anti-colonial resistance.
Transnational solidarity, challenging imperialism and corporate greed while supporting revolutionary movements across borders.
Radical democracy, empowering communities to govern their lives through participatory, feminist, and ecological frameworks.
Our vision is not merely to reform the present but to dismantle it—building a world where collective liberation triumphs over hierarchy and exploitation.
